Whether racing professionally or riding casually at the weekends, bikers are united by a shared passion for doing what they love, which is often something they have dreamt about and worked towards since being a child. For this reason, Dunlop has launched its Living the Dream campaign, asking a host of its star riders to express what it means to ride at the highest level and celebrate Living the Dream.

Dunlop is chosen by some of the most successful motorcycle riders in the world, whether they are circuit experts, road racers or motocross riders, across events such as the FIM Endurance, MXGP, Moto2 and Moto3 World Championships as well as the famous road races like the Isle of Man TT. Not only does Dunlop support some of the world’s most famous racers, it also helps grassroots riders and beginners to move up the ranks and achieve their dreams by supporting initiatives such as the ‘Road to MotoGP’ with its various Talent Cups. Throughout the summer, Dunlop-supported riders are sharing videos on their social media accounts to celebrate the thrill of riding and express what it means for them to be living out their dreams.

Fans can head to Dunlop Moto’s Instagram page (dunlopmoto) to see what makes riding so special and meaningful for riders like Peter Hickman, Davey Todd, Stefano Manzi, Hector Garzo, Clément Desalle and Kiara Fontanesi, all of whom have achieved their dreams with Dunlop.

In his video, Peter Hickman talks about how he’s wanted to be Living the Dream since being around bikes and in paddocks as a baby: “From being a kid to actually winning TTs, it’s absolutely a dream,” he says. Hickman became the fastest newcomer at the Isle of Man TT in 2014, riding on Dunlop tyres, before dominating last year’s TT with three overall wins.

It is not only top-level racers who are Living the Dream, but riders of all abilities and backgrounds, too. For this reason, Dunlop encourages riders to upload their own videos to social media, sharing stories of what makes biking so special to them. By sharing our own experiences, the two-wheel community can join together to celebrate its shared love of riding, using the hashtag #LivingTheDreamDunlop and tagging @dunlopmoto in its posts.
