Goodyear Commercial Europe launches DRIVE RESULTS

Summary

Goodyear is strengthening its digital presence to further excel customer excellence. The company launched an integrated campaign called DRIVE RESULTS addressing the current needs and pain points of transportation and logistics companies. Main goal is to underline the time and cost savings its end-to-end fleet offer, Goodyear Total Mobility can bring in day-to-day operations.  

Savings costs and optimizing efficiency   

In the current challenging environment, fleets are now more than ever looking for ways to run their operations more efficiently and improve customer satisfaction by minimizing the downtime of the trucks, lowering their carbon footprint and managing overall costs. 

The campaign is built around field data and core savings in terms of fuel efficiency, increasing uptime, managing costs and reducing admin. Some of the testimonials are quite remarkable stating time savings up to 15 hours to inspect a specialty fleet of 50 trucks and up to 100.000 EUR potential cost avoidance per year with the implementation of smart proactive monitoring solutions such as Goodyear Drive-Over-Reader and Goodyear Tyre Pressure Monitoring System. Or a company letting go of the spare tyres on its trucks as they rely on ServiceLine24h getting them back on the road within 120 minutes on average in case of a tyre related breakdown. Another fleet is stating they manage to get 350.000 km out of their FUELMAX T 385/65 R22.5 by rotating position and regrooving. 1 

On August 1, 2020 the company also launched a dedicated LinkedIn showcase page called Goodyear Truck & Bus-Europe focusing on industry trends, practical tips to increase fleet efficiency and Goodyear Total Mobility, including more information on the complete range, smart monitoring and management tools and expert service network.
