Goodyear selects McConechy's Tyres Coatbridge for TruckForce Award

Goodyear is pleased to announce that McConechy's Tyres Coatbridge, part of Halfords Commercial Fleet Services, has been selected for its TruckForce Award.

The award recognises the exceptional service provided by TruckForce partners on a quarterly basis. Criteria for the award include demonstrating excellent customer and client support while successfully utilising Goodyear’s TruckForce ecosystem, including Goodyear applications such as eJob.

With more than 2,000 partners across Europe, this award reflects the high-quality service that each TruckForce partner provides to customers around the clock.

McConechy's has led the way when it comes to adopting new Goodyear technologies. It played a vital part in the rollout of the eJob, eCasing, and ServiceLine24 portal, which have helped it provide first-in-class assistance for even the most difficult callouts.

Customers have commented that they can rely on McConechy's to support them and keep their fleets moving.

Jamie Neil, Head of Operations Scotland East, Halfords Commercial Fleet Services, explains why McConechy’s were chosen for the Goodyear TruckForce Award: “The Coatbridge team were delighted to win this Award in recognition of their hard work in implementing a robust system to provide Goodyear customers with excellent service throughout the year.”

Nicola Stopford, Commercial Marketing Manager UK&I, Goodyear: “Congratulations to McConechy's Tyres Coatbridge for being nominated the recipient of the Goodyear TruckForce Award. Their dedication and professional approach led to us to select this partner for the special recognition. In particular, we note their proactivity in supporting the rollout of several Goodyear technologies across the network.

“An extended thanks to the 2,000 partners that allow Goodyear TruckForce to continue to provide exceptional service to its commercial vehicle customers.”
