Goodyear Aviation Will Highlight Latest Radial Technology and Investment at Paris Air Show

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is bringing a full line-up of innovative radial products to the Paris Air Show.

“At Goodyear, we believe that ‘Every Landing Counts,’ and that’s the message we’re taking to the Paris Air Show,” said Bert Aertssen, general manager, Global Aviation, Goodyear. “We’re excited to present our latest range of lightweight Flight Radial tires, which are at the cutting-edge of innovation. These products, which are some of the most technologically advanced aviation tires in the marketplace, are designed to reduce weight and provide increased landings to help airlines and other aviation industry service providers lower their operating costs.”

As evidence of its outstanding technology, the Goodyear Flight Radial was selected for Boeing’s new 777X aircraft, which will be the largest and most efficient twin-engine jet in the world when it takes to the sky in 2020.

At its Paris Air Show booth (Hall 6, Booth B34), Goodyear will showcase several of its latest innovative Flight Radial tires designed for the next generation of commercial aircraft, such as the Boeing 737 MAX and the Airbus A320neo, and corporate jets like the Gulfstream G650.

The Paris Air Show will take place June 19-25 at Le Bourget Airport near Paris.
